Summary:
The primary role of driver includes pick up goods for deliveries. Collect goods return from customers and payment and assist on warehouse operation by loading unloading and counting stock in the warehouse. Apart from that also need to take responsibility on vehicle maintenance.
Job Purpose / Objective:
1. To deliver goods and collect payment.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicle in a safe manner
- Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery time in company provided log book.
- Deliver pertinent stock to our customers.
- Collecting damage and expired goods.
- Collect payment for cash on delivery customers.
2. To assist on warehouse operation.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
- Open boxes, crates and containers.
- Ensure delivery of goods meets customers’ expectations and company timelines.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- Marking and labeling stock.
3. Responsible for vehicle maintenance.
- Complete Puspakom related works for the vehicle.
- Ensure that both general and preventive maintenance measures are performed on the vehicle.
- Clean the vehicle inside and outside.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- To deliver the purpose, objectives and expected result of this position.
- Ensure that delivery processes run smoothly.
- To assist stock takes monthly on all products in the warehouse.
- To assist Depot Manager and continuously contributing to improve the management by assisting in warehouse operation.
